Fort Worth Bike Sharing continues to roll up impressive numbers as it moves into its fourth year.
Some 2016 statistics for the program:
270,690 carbon offsets. (A carbon offset is a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases made to compensate for or to offset an emission made elsewhere.)
11.4 million calories burned.
Currently there are 45 stations in the system, and 345 bicycles.
In the Fort Worth Cultural District, you can rent from B-Cycle stations located at the Will Rogers Memorial Center at 1400 Gendy Street, near the Gibson D. Lewis Health Science Library at the UNT Health Science Center, near the Kimbell and Modern Art museums at 1000 Van Cliburn Way, at
Museum Place at 770 Barden Street, and at West 7th.
