The Fort Worth Sports Commission, Knight Eady and Texas Woman’s University are proud to welcome the NCAA National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships back to Fort Worth April 17-18, 2020. This is the second year of a four-year award to host the championships in Fort Worth and the first time at the new Dickies Arena.
The 2019 NCAA National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships held at Fort Worth Convention Center brought over 22,109 spectators and produced an economic impact of over $2.5 million in direct spending. Attendance is anticipated to grow to over 25,000 in 2020.
Teams will earn their spot in Fort Worth after competing at regional meets in early April at one of four university hosts: University of Oklahoma, University of Denver, Penn State and University of California Los Angeles.
Dickies Arena will also be the site of the 2021 and 2022 NCAA National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships in Fort Worth.
