Twice a year, the Fort Worth Art Dealers Association (FWADA) invites you to take in the visual arts and our community’s unique cultural richness during Gallery Night in Fort Worth. Most participants are open from noon to nine. Take a stroll through participating galleries, museums, retail businesses, and local restaurants to enjoy the many artists featured during this community event. Gallery Night is FREE and open to the public.

The Fort Worth Art Dealers Association (FWADA) is a dynamic network of over 40 independent dealers, non-profits, museums, university galleries, and businesses. Founded in the early 1980s through a collective effort to expand Gallery Night—a local tradition established in 1978—FWADA has grown into a cornerstone of the city’s cultural infrastructure. What began as a shared initiative to support a single event has evolved into an enduring organization dedicated to advancing Fort Worth’s artistic landscape.

Today, FWADA connects local talent with broader national and international perspectives, presenting a diverse spectrum of artists across disciplines and geographies. Through collaborative programming, exhibitions, and advocacy, the organization fosters meaningful community engagement and sustained support for the arts.

Rooted in Fort Worth’s distinct cultural identity, FWADA is committed to making the arts accessible to all. Through its signature biannual Gallery Nights and year-round initiatives, the association champions a wide range of artistic voices and mediums—strengthening the city’s reputation for integrity, inclusivity, and artistic excellence.
