The Dash is Trinity Metro’s first electric bus that will take you from downtown Fort Worth to the 7th Street corridor and the Cultural District. The Dash provides daily service with later hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
Tickets are $2 one way or $5 for a day pass, which includes all of Trinity Metro’s bus services, TEXRail, and Trinity Railway Express to CentrePort.
Sunday – Thursday: 9:22 a.m. to 10:44 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 9:22 a.m. to 12:44 a.m. (next day)
Crescent Development |
Crescent Real Estate is planning what will be the company’s first major development in its hometown of Fort Worth. This project is a major mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s Cultural District that will include 175 luxury residential units, a premier 200-room boutique hotel with a chef-driven restaurant, a rooftop lounge, and an 8,000 sf ballroom. The 160,000 sf of Class A office space will offer businesses the opportunity to office in the heart of the Cultural District. Construction has commenced.
Boutique Hotel |
An old dry-ice factory in Fort Worth’s Cultural District has transformed into Hotel Dryce, a new boutique hotel. Jonathan Morris and his business partner Allen Mederos went to great lengths to pay homage to the original structure. The brick exterior wall still serves as a barrier for the courtyard, and part of the original warehouse’s paint scheme remains throughout the hotel. “Dryce,” of course, is a portmanteau of “dry” and “ice.”
The three-story hotel features 21 guest rooms and The Lobby Bar, a local favorite hang-out spot featuring craft cocktails and live music.
