Discover the Potential: Near Westside Public Improvement District (PID) |
A Step Towards a Safer, Cleaner, and More Dynamic District The City of Fort Worth, in collaboration with area business owners, is exploring the possibility of establishing a Public Improvement District (PID) in the West 7th and Foundry District. This initiative seeks to enhance the quality of life for businesses and visitors alike by providing additional services and improvements not currently offered through existing city resources. What is a PID? A Public Improvement District is a defined geographical area where property owners agree to fund enhancements and services beyond those the city already provides. This can include increased safety measures, cleaning services, and cultural promotions, creating a more vibrant and attractive environment for everyone. |
